Key Responsibilities: * Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring every quarter the highest renewal rate and billings. * Quote all renewals assigned within the Q and Q+1 according to pricing and renewal options policy * Identify correct points of contact (commercial and account payable) and proactively engage with customers (via email campaign, phone calls, team meetings) before contract expiration to discuss renewal options, address issues raised by customers and educate them on features available * Partner with Account Owners, Support, and AR teams to resolve customer concerns and facilitate smooth renewals. * Generate additional billings via longer subscription period renewals and give up-selling opportunities to Account owners to maximize customer value. * Track and manage renewal pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting. * Analyze customer usage data and feedback to drive data-informed renewal conversations. * Maintain CRM records and renewal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Platform Support & Maintenance Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and HR cases within ServiceNow. Perform break-fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes for ITSM and HRSD modules. Ensure platform performance, security compliance, and adherence to governance standards. Configuration & Development Configure workflows, flows, UI Policies, business rules, notifications, scheduled jobs, data imports and integrations. Support HRSD features like Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center. Implement ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
