The ideal candidate can write clear, well-researched long-form content and adapt it into short, engaging scripts for social platforms. Monthly Deliverables 1. SEO Articles -10 articles per month -Minimum 800 - 1,000 words per article -Written following SEO best practices (target keyword, meta description, header structure, internal/external linking) -Original, well-researched, and plagiarism-free content 2. This role will be responsible for administrative processes related to service orders to telecom vendors, coordination with partners, and ensuring that documents, information, and operational processes are managed properly and on time. This position is suitable for candidates who have strong administrative skills, are comfortable communicating with external parties, and are interested in working in the SaaS, telecommunications, and technology industries. Key Responsibilities ● Handle administrative processes for service orders to telecom vendors ● Prepare, review, and manage documents related to orders, vendors, and partners ● Coordinate with telecom vendors regarding order status, activation, service changes, and other operational needs ● Support administrative communication with RevComm Indonesia’s partners ● Ensure partner, vendor, order, and internal document data are always accurate and up to date ● Follow up with vendors and partners to ensure processes are completed according to timeline ● Support internal teams with partner success and service operations administration ● Create simple reports related to order status, vendor progress, and other administrative activities ● Maintain professional and well-organized communication with partners, vendors, and internal teams ● Help resolve administrative issues that arise in daily operations
