Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Join our growing SMB team and help businesses transform their communication with AI-powered telephony solutions. What You'll Do -Drive consultative sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions. -Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers. -Deliver engaging product demos and presentations. -Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce. -Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Support to ensure customer success. -Stay up to date with our AI telephony products and market trends.
Persyaratan
What We're Looking For -Must be based in Jakarta. -2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, or telecommunications preferred). -Fluent in English (spoken and written). -Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills. -Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. -Interest in AI, SaaS, or cloud telephony solutions, with a willingness to learn. -Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. -Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills. -Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Bonus Points -Experience selling AI-powered, SaaS, or cloud telephony solutions. -Technical understanding of AI, cloud communications, or contact center technologies.
