Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a detail-oriented, communicative, and well-organized Partner Success Admin to support RevComm Indonesia’s partner and vendor operations. This role will be responsible for administrative processes related to service orders to telecom vendors, coordination with partners, and ensuring that documents, information, and operational processes are managed properly and on time. This position is suitable for candidates who have strong administrative skills, are comfortable communicating with external parties, and are interested in working in the SaaS, telecommunications, and technology industries. Key Responsibilities ● Handle administrative processes for service orders to telecom vendors ● Prepare, review, and manage documents related to orders, vendors, and partners ● Coordinate with telecom vendors regarding order status, activation, service changes, and other operational needs ● Support administrative communication with RevComm Indonesia’s partners ● Ensure partner, vendor, order, and internal document data are always accurate and up to date ● Follow up with vendors and partners to ensure processes are completed according to timeline ● Support internal teams with partner success and service operations administration ● Create simple reports related to order status, vendor progress, and other administrative activities ● Maintain professional and well-organized communication with partners, vendors, and internal teams ● Help resolve administrative issues that arise in daily operations
Persyaratan
● Experience in administration, operations support, customer support, vendor management, partner support, or a similar role ● Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong in documentation ● Able to manage multiple administrative tasks in an organized manner ● Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia ● Basic English communication skills, especially for emails and work documents ● Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets / Excel ● Able to work with internal teams as well as external parties such as vendors and partners ● Proactive in following up and ensuring tasks are completed on time ● Strong sense of responsibility toward data and document accuracy
