What You'll Do
Job Description: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking Install and configure hardware and software applications Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue Train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware Continuously update technical knowledge and skills Requirements: Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline Minimum of 3 years' experience Understanding of Telematics is a plus! Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required
