What You'll Do
In this position, you will be part of a team handling various aspects of travel operations, including booking, ticketing, reservations, data entry, invoicing, and client communication via email and phone. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in travel operations, receive daily training, and gain hands-on experience all in a supportive environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Communicating with our international network via email and calls 2. Be able to communicate with client/s via emails, chat, and calls 3. Data encoding 4. Online Reservation Management 5. Process bookings via email 6. Monitor bookings schedules 7. Invoice processing 8. Virtual card payments process
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or experience in reservations, travel agencies, or hotels is an advantage. Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus. Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexible with work schedules and willing to work onsite in Makati.
