What You'll Do
Metro Pacific Fresh Farms is looking for a Treasury Supervisor who will be responsible for managing cash flow, banking transactions, and financial obligations of the company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in treasury operations, with preference for those who have handled bank loans (short-term and long-term). Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operations • Manage bank accounts and all related transactions • Process and monitor bank loans, including documentation and coordination with banks • Handle short-term and long-term loan management • Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports • Ensure compliance with banking requirements and deadlines • Maintain good relationships with partner banks • Assist in financial planning and funding strategies • Ensure accuracy of treasury records and reports Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field • At least 3–5 years’ experience in treasury or finance • With experience in bank loan processing and management (highly preferred) • Strong knowledge in cash flow management and banking procedures • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and negotiation skills Preferred: • Experience dealing with multiple banks • Background in loan structuring and financing
