SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales / Marketing Location: San Rafael, Bulacan Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Reports To: Head of Sales Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on promoting the company’s products, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers Promote and sell company products (e.g., fresh produce) Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Prepare sales reports and forecasts Coordinate with operations and logistics for order fulfillment Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales support Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field With at least 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in food/agri industry) Strong communication and negotiation skills Results-driven and customer-focused Willing to travel / field work Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily accounting operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning Supervise and guide accounting staff Coordinate audits and tax filings Strengthen internal controls and accounting systems Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field CPA is required Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting With at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance Proficient in accounting software and Excel
