What You'll Do
Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales / Marketing Location: San Rafael, Bulacan Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Reports To: Head of Sales Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on promoting the company’s products, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers Promote and sell company products (e.g., fresh produce) Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Prepare sales reports and forecasts Coordinate with operations and logistics for order fulfillment Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales support Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field With at least 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in food/agri industry) Strong communication and negotiation skills Results-driven and customer-focused Willing to travel / field work Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field At least 2–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in food or agribusiness industry) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Results-driven and customer-focused Willing to do field work and travel when needed Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) With good organizational and time management skills
