What You'll Do
Job Title: Accounting Manager Department: Accounting / Finance Location: Salapungan, San Rafael, Bulacan Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Reports To: CFO Direct Reports: Accounting Team Job Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with government regulations, and effective management of accounting processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily accounting operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning Supervise and guide accounting staff Coordinate audits and tax filings Strengthen internal controls and accounting systems Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field CPA is required Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting With at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance Proficient in accounting software and Excel
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience With experience in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and BIR regulations Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized
