What You'll Do

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to take responsibility for the training and quality assurance functions of our project team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs and quality management systems, ensuring the team achieves sustainable performance excellence. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 Develop and implement structured training plans in alignment with customer-provided materials. Design and prepare training courseware, tools, and resources to ensure effective delivery. Facilitate training programs that drive stable performance and enhanced service quality. Establish and maintain comprehensive training documentation and adopt appropriate methodologies tailored to content and objectives. Contribute to the development and management of an internal trainer team. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 Formulate and oversee quality management approaches to address and mitigate project-related quality concerns. Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance data, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Conduct issue analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring quality issues. Support the development and management of an internal quality assurance team.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in at least one specialization area, either 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent command of the English language, with fluency in reading, listening, and speaking. Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and accountability. Strong logical reasoning, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven work ethic. Willing to work on shifting schedules. Willing to be assigned in 𝐈𝐦𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐂𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞
