The successful candidate will be accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs and quality management systems, ensuring the team achieves sustainable performance excellence. ššš² ššš¬š©šØš§š¬š¢šš¢š„š¢šš¢šš¬: šš«šš¢š§š¢š§š Develop and implement structured training plans in alignment with customer-provided materials. Design and prepare training courseware, tools, and resources to ensure effective delivery. Facilitate training programs that drive stable performance and enhanced service quality. Establish and maintain comprehensive training documentation and adopt appropriate methodologies tailored to content and objectives. Contribute to the development and management of an internal trainer team. šš®šš„š¢šš² šš¬š¬š®š«šš§šš Formulate and oversee quality management approaches to address and mitigate project-related quality concerns.
