As a new team member
๐ Location: Quezon City ๐ Fuel Growth by Building the Right Team and Supporting Our People! If you're passionate about end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and employee support, this is your chance to help shape the heart of Dropify. ๐ ๏ธ What You'll Do: - Manage recruitment from sourcing to hiring, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and assessments. - Handle payroll via HRIS, including pre- and post-payroll processing. - Oversee government-mandated enrollment and benefits (SSS, HDMF, PHIC). - Process BIR 2316 forms. - Maintain employee 201 files and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date. ๐ง What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1โ2 yearsโ experience as an HR Specialist (recruitment + comp & ben focus). - HRIS and payroll proficiency (experience with Greatday HRIS is a plus). - Strong knowledge of government benefits and tax processes. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Discreet with confidential information.
