Total Rewards Specialist (Hybrid)

For interested applicants, please send your updated resume to yamjuit@clevrph.com Hybrid: 3x onsite, 2x WFH per week Regular Hours The Specialist – Total Rewards supports the design, analysis, and execution of Total Rewards programs across compensation, incentives, job evaluation, and workforce analytics. This role contributes to building a data-driven, technology-enabled Total Rewards function aligned with business and talent strategies, working closely with the Total Rewards Manager and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Support the design and administration of incentive programs, including sales incentives, annual bonus plans, and performance-based compensation schemes. • Conduct simulations, pay-for-performance analysis, and rewards analytics to assess incentive effectiveness and equity. • Assist in job evaluation and leveling using formal job architecture frameworks, maintaining job grades, salary bands, and internal equity models. • Coordinate compensation benchmarking surveys and analyze market data to support pay positioning and reward decisions. • Develop compensation models, dashboards, and data visualizations to support merit reviews, promotions, and workforce planning. • Support HR technology initiatives related to Total Rewards by testing workflows, validating data, and ensuring accurate system configuration and documentation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics roles. • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting. • Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and compensation benchmarking practices. • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Darwinbox) or HR tech implementations is preferred. • Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and handle sensitive information with discretion.
