What You'll Do
- Review and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy - Encode, organize, and maintain information in standardized master files - Perform document reviews and resolve discrepancies efficiently - Identify recurring data issues and suggest process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any field - Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling international accounts - Experience in back-office operations, document review, or data processing - Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
