What You'll Do
- Review and cross-check data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency - Validate and organize verified information into standardized master spreadsheets - Conduct document reviews to resolve data discrepancies when necessary - Report recurring data issues to support workflow improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any field - Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling international accounts - Experience in back-office operations, document review, or data processing - Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
