What You'll Do

- Assist in payroll preparation and processing while ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Handle billing, invoicing, and payment monitoring for clients - Maintain records of expenses, income, and financial reports - Provide support for accounts payable and basic reconciliation tasks - Help process and renew government compliance requirements - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for administrative and operational needs - Perform general administrative tasks to support daily office operations

What We're Looking For

- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply - Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related programs - Good written and verbal English communication skills - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
