Territory Sales Head (Banking/Insurance) - Hybrid
Job Description
The Head of VAS Sales leads the growth and performance of Value-Added Services (VAS) across the sales network. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall VAS sales strategy, ensuring strong field execution, revenue growth, and cross-channel alignment. The position plays a critical role in expanding product penetration and strengthening commercial impact nationwide. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive VAS sales performance. • Develop and execute strategies to increase product penetration across channels (POS, Telesales, etc.). • Monitor regional performance through KPIs and analytics, translating insights into action plans. • Drive rollout and adoption of new VAS products and initiatives. • Build strong partnerships with field sales leaders and implement engagement and incentive programs. • Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the sales network.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field. • At least 10 years of sales experience, with proven leadership in managing field sales teams. • Strong background in sales performance management and data-driven decision-making. • Experience handling multi-channel sales environments and driving product growth. • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
