For interested applicants, please send your updated resume to yamjuit@clevrph.com Hybrid: 3x onsite, 2x WFH per week Regular Hours The Lead – Benefits & Wellness is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits and wellness programs that support workforce well-being, market competitiveness, and long-term retention. This role oversees retirement and long-service incentive programs, flexi-benefits platforms, and vendor partnerships, while providing data-driven insights to ensure alignment with the company’s total rewards strategy and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement retirement plans (DB/DC), long-service incentive programs, and flexi-benefits platforms in compliance with legal and tax regulations. • Manage vendor relationships, including annual renewals for HMO, Group Life Insurance, TPAs, and brokers, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality. • Develop and maintain benefits analytics, dashboards, utilization reports, and ROI analyses to support leadership decision-making. • Ensure governance and compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements (e.g., RA 7641), and internal policies, in coordination with Legal and Finance teams. • Lead employee benefits education, wellness initiatives, and engagement campaigns across the organization. • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on benefits strategy, issues, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; postgraduate certification is an advantage. • 7–10 years of experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards, with strong exposure to retirement plan design and employee well-being programs. • Proven experience working with actuaries, insurers, TPAs, and benefits vendors, including renewal and cost-benefit analysis. • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor regulations, benefits taxation, and regional benchmarking practices. • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel, data visualization, and benefits modeling. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. • Highly discreet, trustworthy, resilient, and adaptable, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
