What You'll Do
• Develop financial statements in accordance with current legal, accounting, and reporting standards • Review and finalize clear, concise work papers to support completed engagements • Analyze management accounting reports and provide financial insights • Identify, research, and help resolve complex accounting issues • Apply Australian tax compliance procedures and requirements • Support Australian tax planning activities for clients • Review Australian income tax and FBT returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts • Ensure compliance with lodgement programs by meeting all lodgement deadlines and requirements • Support, guide, and mentor graduate and intermediate accountants in their professional development
What We're Looking For
Work setup: Hybrid (3x Onsite per week) Location: SM Megatower, Ortigas, Pasig City Shift : Day Shift, Weekends Off | Mondays to Fridays, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM MNL Note: 1st month | Full Onsite for training purposes • Proven experience of 2+ years in a similar accounting role • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field with a major in Accounting • Exposure to a wide range of industries • Experience with Xero is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
