What You'll Do

WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing - Track, document, and summarize company sales and expenses - Handle billing, client invoices, and accounts payable - Support compliance by coordinating permits and government-related requirements - Manage supplier coordination and oversee general office upkeep - Assist with calls and ensure they’re directed to the right contacts

What We're Looking For

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related program - Minimum of two (2) years experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative support role - Working knowledge of government-mandated benefits and compliance processes is a plus - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English - Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
