Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are hiring an RPA Presales / Technical Support professional to support the expansion of our Japanese-origin RPA product in Indonesia. This is not a sales-closing role. All commercial sales activities are handled by our system integrator (SI) partners. This role focuses on technical presales support, including RPA product explanation, demo support, basic configuration, and coordination with internal technical teams. Fresh graduates are welcome. The company provides structured RPA training, product education, and on-the-job technical mentoring. Key Responsibilities: RPA Presales & Technical Support Support SI partners during presales activities with RPA product explanations and demonstrations Assist in understanding customer business processes and identifying RPA automation opportunities ● Prepare and support basic RPA workflow designsRPA Configuration & Demo Support Support RPA setup, configuration, and testing (after training) Assist partners during POC and demo environments ● Respond to basic technical questions related to RPA functionality Partner & Internal Coordination Work closely with SI partners during partner-led sales activities ● Communicate and coordinate with Japan-based product and engineering teams ● Support smooth technical handover from presales to implementation Learning & Development ● Actively participate in RPA training and certification programs ● Continuously improve technical and communication skills Product Focus: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Candidates must be based in Jakarta Employment Type: Full-time (details negotiable)
Persyaratan
Must Have: Fluent English (spoken and written) ● Strong interest in RPA, automation, and SaaS products ● Willingness to learn technical skills from scratch ● Clear communication and logical thinking skills No Experience Required ● No prior RPA or IT experience required ● Fresh graduates are welcome ● Full training will be provided by the company Nice to Have (Not Required) Background in IT, engineering, information systems, or business ● Interest in working with Japanese technology companies ● Exposure to process improvement or automation concepts
Tunjangan & Fasilitas
Compensation ● Base Salary: IDR 5,000,000 – 6,000,000 per month ● Performance-Based Incentives (presales and partner support contribution) ● Full RPA training provided — no prior experience required
