Deskripsi Pekerjaan
ššÆš¼šš ššµš² š„š¼š¹š²: As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI-driven tools. Working with a global team, you will assist in hiring for diverse markets and gain hands-on experience in modern, tech-enabled HR practices. šš²š š„š²šš½š¼š»šš¶šÆš¶š¹š¶šš¶š²š: ā¢ Recruit and source candidates via job boards, social media, and headhunting ā¢ Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals ā¢ Screen resumes and applications ā¢ Schedule and conduct interviews for various positions ā¢ Manage communication with applicants via email and LinkedIn ā¢ Engage in AI-driven HR tasks such as data processing, system updates, and AI-based recruitment support
Persyaratan
ā¢ Currently studying or graduated with a degree in Psychology, HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or other programs with strong English language training ā¢ Strong English communication skills (preference for candidates fluent in Chinese to support recruitment in Chinese-speaking markets) ā¢ Eagerness to learn, hard-working, and committed to productivity ā¢ Strong interest in HR and desire to build a career in this field
