Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Cacco is seeking a Jakarta-based Business Development / Partner Sales Manager to support the expansion of its fraud detection and digital security solutions in Indonesia. The role will focus on business development and partner sales support, especially for clients in e-commerce, digital payment, fintech, retail, and online platform industries. The ideal candidate has strong connections in Indonesia’s e-commerce ecosystem and can help Cacco and its partners approach potential clients, arrange meetings, support proposals, and develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities include: ● Support partner sales activities and client development in Indonesia. ● Identify potential clients in e-commerce, fintech, payment, retail, logistics, and online services. ● Build relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders. ● Support product introduction, proposal preparation, meetings, and follow-ups. ● Manage sales pipeline and report market feedback. ● Support local events, webinars, and networking activities.
Persyaratan
● Based in Jakarta. ● 3–7+ years of B2B sales, business development, partner sales, or account management experience. ● Strong network in Indonesia’s e-commerce or digital business industry. ● Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English. ● Experience in SaaS, fintech, payment, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or e-commerce solutions is a plus. Salary: IDR 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 gross/month. Working style: Hybrid, with client and partner meetings as needed.
