As a new team member
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible on client management, end-to-end recruitment and people management. He/ she is also expected to analyze and recommend possible process improvements. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements. - Demonstrate the end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing up to Deployment). - Coach and mentor recruitment team in order to deliver targets in an efficient and timely manner. - Manage internal trackers and database. Qualifications: - Candidates must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resources Management and other related courses. - With at least 3 years of relevant experience doing end-to-end process of recruitment from an Executive Search Firm or Consultancy. - Capable of handling and managing a team. - Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills. - With strong leadership skills. - Amenable to travel and work on-site in Ortigas Pasig City.
