What You'll Do

Technical Support is responsible for assisting customers with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. They diagnose problems, provide step-by-step solutions, ensure timely resolution, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining technical accuracy and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications: • At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support • Good command of the English language (both written and verbal) • Must be willing to work onsite • Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
