Job Description
We’re looking for driven and confident individuals to join our Debt Collection Team! As a Debt Collection Specialist, you’ll help customers manage their balances, provide excellent service, and contribute to a positive team culture. Responsibilities: Deliver prepared scripts to make sales, to collect payments or share and verify data with potential customers Describing product services, its features and benefits, responding to questions and getting customer’s information
Requirements
Qualifications: Open to applicants with or without experience in collections or customer service Fresh graduates and senior high school graduates are welcome Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules Reliable and team-oriented
