What You'll Do
-Provide timely assistance to clients for travel, medical emergencies, and technical inquiries -Coordinate with a network of preferred service providers and client companies -Handle inbound calls efficiently and escalate when necessary -Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, referrals, and service outcomes Skills and requirements: -Bachelor's degree in any course -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply -With experience in Customer service is advantage -Has strong communication skills -Willing to work ONSITE in Makati City
