What You'll Do
ππ―πΌππ ππ΅π² π₯πΌπΉπ²: As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI-driven tools. Working with a global team, you will assist in hiring for diverse markets and gain hands-on experience in modern, tech-enabled HR practices. ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π: β’ Recruit and source candidates via job boards, social media, and headhunting β’ Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals β’ Screen resumes and applications β’ Schedule and conduct interviews for various positions β’ Manage communication with applicants via email and LinkedIn β’ Engage in AI-driven HR tasks such as data processing, system updates, and AI-based recruitment support
What We're Looking For
β’ Currently studying or graduated with a degree in Psychology, HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or other programs with strong English language training β’ Strong English communication skills (preference for candidates fluent in Chinese to support recruitment in Chinese-speaking markets) β’ Eagerness to learn, hard-working, and committed to productivity β’ Strong interest in HR and desire to build a career in this field
