What You'll Do
URGENT HIRING! BOH FOR BEVERAGES (BARISTA) Minimum wage + Service Charge + Benefits Location: Cabuyao, Laguna Apply here: tinyurl.com/cabuyaojobs Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards. - Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation at all times. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and tools. - Assist in basic back-of-house (BOH) tasks when needed, including stock organization and support in food preparation. - Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies; coordinate replenishment with the supervisor. - Clean, maintain, and properly operate coffee machines and related equipment. - Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service. - Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols at all times.
What We're Looking For
- At least High School Graduate. - At least 1 year of experience as a Barista/back-of-house (BOH) - Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machine operation is preferred. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. - Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. - Can start ASAP. - Location: Cabuyao, Laguna APPLY HERE: tinyurl.com/cabuyaojobs
