OOA was formed amongst three (3) certified public accountants sometime in July 1996. All of the partners have extensive work experiences in private and public practice prior to forming the partnership. Due to the increasing number of clients, and to satisfactorily serve them, a number of qualified CPAs were admitted to the partnership from 2005 up to present. Employing the competence of around 130 personnel, the firm offers a wide range of services including but not limited to audit and assurance, tax and corporate services, advisory services, processing of documentary requirements with various government agencies and other services.
