What You'll Do

Position Overview This role supports daily project operations in close collaboration with the Project Manager, with a strong focus on data analysis, performance reporting, and operational coordination. It goes beyond reporting—owning the data, identifying root causes, and driving actionable process and performance improvements. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Performance Insights Analyze daily project data and KPIs (Productivity, Quality, Accuracy, Attendance) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Conduct root-cause and error analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable improvement plans Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making Training & Knowledge Management Support and deliver training for new hires, new categories, and refresher sessions based on performance insights Assist in developing Team Leaders through data analysis, coaching, and best-practice sharing Reporting & Project Coordination Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and improvement status Act as a key communication link between the Project Manager and cross-site teams Support project planning, execution, and deliverable tracking Process Optimization & Operational Support Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Support daily operations, quality checks, and performance tracking Assist with project bidding, data gathering, and other assigned initiatives

What We're Looking For

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (English B1 level or higher); PMP certification is an advantage Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, reporting, charts) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to turn data into actionable insights Experience in training, coaching, or developing training materials is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset Willing to work on shifting schedules. Willing to be assigned in Imus or Bacoor City, Cavite.
