What You'll Do

The role involves troubleshooting problems, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring services run smoothly. It requires strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and patience to assist users of all levels. Technical support specialists also document issues and escalate complex cases when needed. Their main goal is to deliver fast, reliable help that improves customer satisfaction and trust in the company. Salary for this role is 24,000-29,000 PHP/month
