What You'll Do
What the role involves
- Review and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy - Encode, organize, and maintain information in standardized master files - Perform document reviews and resolve discrepancies efficiently - Identify recurring data issues and suggest process improvements
What We're Looking For
You might be a fit if…
- Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 1 year of BPO experience handling an international account - Background in back-office support, document review, data entry, or related roles - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets - Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
