Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist VA to help drive client acquisition and growth through targeted prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management. Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and qualify leads from multiple channels Conduct market research, geo-farming, skip tracing, and data scraping Perform cold outreach via email, text, and calls Manage email campaigns and secure client reviews/feedback Organize and maintain CRM databases and sales pipelines Track lead activity and analyze performance metrics Provide Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills Proven lead generation and client outreach experience Experience with real estate systems and operations Strong proficiency in sales and CRM/database management
