Inside Sales Agent
Job Description
We’re looking for Inside Sales Agents to drive outbound lead generation and appointment setting for our real estate investor clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize leads in Google Sheets (~2,000 leads) Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads Take accurate call notes and track outcomes in CRM or lead sheets Set appointments or transfer calls as needed Focus on meeting daily call volume and quality interaction metrics
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills Phone call handling experience College degree preferred or coachable with strong learning ability Confident handling objections and initiating conversations with prospects
