What You'll Do
Junior Performance Marketing Associate Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Philippines About the Role: We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Associate to support paid ad campaigns and learn hands-on performance marketing skills. Responsibilities: • Assist in setting up and monitoring ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok). • Help track basic metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS. • Support audience targeting and A/B testing tasks. • Prepare simple reports for the marketing team. Requirements: • Age: 22–27. • Basic knowledge of digital ads or strong willingness to learn. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Team player with growth potential.
