Sales Director - Batangas

Lead the Batangas sales organization to deliver revenue, headcount, and customer experience targets across project sites. You’ll build leaders and sellers, tighten the pipeline, and launch local GTM activities with cross-functional partners.
What you’ll do
Own Batangas revenue targets, weekly forecasts, and dashboards
Recruit, ramp, and retain sellers; partner with Accreditation/Training for fast productivity
Run a coaching cadence: pipeline clinics, field days, ride-alongs, and 1:1s
Lead launches/roadshows, broker/channel activations, and local partnerships
Enforce CRM hygiene, documentation accuracy, and PRC/DHSUD compliance
Elevate customer experience from lead → tour → close → after-sales

Proven sales leadership (team-lead/manager/director level) with target attainment
Builder-coach mindset: hires well, sets standards, and develops people fast
Strong business development & negotiation; executive-level communication
Data-driven; fluent in CRM, Excel/PPT; comfortable operating in the field
High integrity, urgency, and owner mentality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, REM, or related)
PRC & DHSUD accreditation/licenses (required or obtained upon hire)
5+ years leading sales teams (real estate or high-ticket preferred)
On-site, field-based leadership across Batangas project locations
