Analytics and Reporting – Users can then monitor performance via a dashboard, viewing metrics such as views and publication results to understand which topics and markets are generating the best responses. VRITIMES.com also functions as a news-style portal. Visitors can browse press releases by country, category, and topic—such as technology, finance, real estate, education, tourism, and more. This dual role as both a media site and a distribution hub helps increase the visibility of each press release, compared to merely posting news on a company’s website or social media. One of its key positioning factors is accessibility: the pricing structure is simplified and more affordable than many traditional global newswire services, making professional PR exposure more accessible for SMEs and startups. What You'll Do
As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, particularly businesses and recruitment agencies, and encourage them to post their job openings on our platform. You will play a key role in driving our expansion and helping more organizations access top talent. Key Responsibilities : - Identify and reach out to potential customers in the recruitment industry. - Educate potential clients on the benefits of using our job posting platform. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align on customer acquisition strategies. - Ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new clients.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, recruitment, or sales (preferably in the recruitment industry). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong ability to build relationships and network with potential clients. - Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting KPIs. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with Google Sheets. - Highly motivated and proactive.
