Education: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field) • An MBA is often considered a plus Experience: • 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment, or management • Experience working directly with senior executives • Cross-functional project management experience Skills: • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Stakeholder management • Complex problem-solving ability • High level of confidentiality and discretion • Ability to lead without formal authority
