Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This role involves both sales closing and administrative work, with warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling) and clear daily workflows. Job Description : Handle incoming leads and inquiries from prospective students via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms. Provide clear information about courses, pricing, schedules, and learning systems to help students choose the right program. Actively follow up leads and assist customers throughout the sales process until enrollment is completed (closing). Process student registrations and maintain accurate data in CRM or internal databases. Prepare daily and weekly enrollment and sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams regarding class availability and schedules. Assist with payment confirmation, invoicing, and address basic billing inquiries. Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.
Persyaratan
Job Requirement : Minimum high school diploma; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience in Admin Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Education Sales/Consultant. Comfortable handling sales follow-ups and assisting with the closing process with prospective students. Able to work with monthly enrollment targets and daily performance tracking. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus. Comfortable using English in a professional working environment (internal communication and tools). Detail-oriented, communicative, and customer-focused. Willing to work in shifts (including weekends if required) and has access to a personal laptop.
