Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Sales Support to join our growing team. • Support the sales team in daily administrative and operational tasks • Prepare quotations, sales documents, and reports • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for order processing and delivery • Handle customer inquiries and maintain good client relationships • Monitor order progress and ensure timely updates to clients • Assist in documentation related to shipping and logistics (including Incoterms) • Support presentation materials and basic content using tools like Canva
Persyaratan
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken) - Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles - Good understanding of Incoterms & shipping processes - Strong communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office & general computer use - Familiar with Canva and basic design/editing skills - Presentable and professional - Fast-paced, proactive, and able to work efficiently Plus points: Detail-oriented, high initiative, and able to work both independently and in a team
