Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. This position is based on-site in Surabaya and involves close collaboration with internal teams to support sales performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: ā Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. ā Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new prospects. ā Present products and services to prospective customers and provide professional consultations. ā Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. ā Support marketing campaigns and contribute to the development of promotional materials and digital content. ā Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and other supporting documents. ā Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic training or guidance on product features and applications. ā Participate in sales meetings and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. ā Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports. ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support revenue growth.
Persyaratan
ā Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. ā Proven sales experience, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. ā Experience in sales management and training, including guiding team members or clients on products, processes, or best practices. ā Basic understanding of marketing principles, including campaign support, market research, and digital or social media promotion. ā Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and utilize CRM or related tools to manage customer information and sales pipelines. ā Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. ā Comfortable working on-site in Surabaya and collaborating with cross-functional teams. ā Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ā Experience in technology, automation, or related industries will be considered an advantage.
