Job Description : Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results. Optimize ads for better reach, engagement, and conversions. Work with the creative team to make engaging ad content. Create and develop advertising content, including videos, images, and posters, aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective spending. A/B test ads and landing pages to improve performance. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Persyaratan
Job Qualification: Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing. Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms. Proven experience in achieving and optimizing campaigns toward a minimum ROAS of 5x. Strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance. Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing funnels. Ability to manage budgets and optimize spending. Creative mindset to make engaging ads. Good communication and teamwork skills.
