Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Karma Group is looking for energetic and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our new holiday Customer Service division team! If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy engaging with people, have a bubbly and enthusiastic attitude on the phone, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Part of your job desk will be to contact Australians who are coming to Holiday in Bali and giving away free tours and excursions. Task & Responsibilities: 1. Telemarketing and make calls 2. Convert leads in to bookings 3. Achieve monthly target booking 4. Verify clients ensure is qualified & booking in 5. Handle all client chats and reconfirm their details and qualification
Persyaratan
1. Excellent English Communication skills (spoken and written) 2. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment 3. Strong communication and persuasive skills 4. Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus 5. Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
