Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team as an The Admin Contract Officer who is responsible for preparing, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining company contracts and related documentation. This role ensures all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements while supporting internal departments with contract administration. Key Responsibilities: 1.Prepare and print all contract documents from the Karma Passport App, including supporting letters. 2. Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements. 3. Process credit card and cash payments. 4. Assist in preparing receipts and the Monies In Report. 5. Support in resolving contract-related issues. 6. Maintain accurate contract records and filing systems. 7. Prepare Member Packs. 8. Ensure sufficient stock levels of Member Packs, stationery, printer toner, and all necessary contract materials at all times.
Persyaratan
Qualifications: 1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field. 2. Fluent in English (spoken and written). 3. Knowledge of data administration. 4. Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field. 5. Strong attention to detail. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Strong problem-solving ability. 8. Ability to multitask effectively. 9. Team player with a positive attitude.
