What You'll Do
What the role involves
VRIAcademy is a corporate training platform powered by Beyond Global, delivering Japan-standard workplace training live in English to teams across Asia Pacific. We’re looking for a Business Development Intern to help grow our corporate client base across Southeast Asia — fully remote, work from anywhere in the Philippines. What You’ll Do - Identify and research potential corporate clients — HR teams, L&D leads, and business owners across the Philippines and wider SEA - Support B2B sales outreach and lead generation - Explore collaboration opportunities with companies, business associations, and professional communities - Manage sales pipelines and follow up with prospects - Join client meetings and assist in proposal preparation
What We're Looking For
You might be a fit if…
- Final-year student or fresh graduate - Strong written and spoken English; Filipino a plus - Genuine interest in B2B sales, business development, and corporate learning - Proactive, organized, and eager to learn - Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) - Reliable internet and a quiet space for client calls
