Company Overview
The SLI Consulting Management came together in 1987 to answer the demand for IT solutions in rise of the internet information age. We started the Philippine-based clients and eventually grew to include other clients from the Asia-Pacific Region and the United States. Through time we have been a trail blazer in innovation of I.T. training program such as TAP (Train Assist Program) that has been adopted in some of our client sites.

What You'll Do
What the role involves
Design and develop data storage solutions, structures, and ingestion pipelines. Build and optimize data transformation, cleansing, and automation processes. Perform testing and ensure data solutions meet quality and performance standards. Monitor and maintain EDP platform stability, performance, and security. Ensure compliance with governance and SDLC standards. Collaborate with teams to identify data requirements and improvement opportunities. Develop technical documentation and conduct POCs for new data solutions. Contribute to data engineering best practices and standards.
What We're Looking For
You might be a fit if…
Must-Have Skills & Experience prefer 8-10years experience 1. Experience on Data projects is a MUST (at least 1 end to end project) 2. Experience in using Databricks and Azure (certifications preferred) 3. Experience in SQL, Python (Pyspark) 4. Knowledge in Data Warehouse and Data Mart concepts and query optimization techniques • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and methodologies, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models. • Experience designing and implementing dimensional data models (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) for data warehouses and analytics platforms.
