What You'll Do
What the role involves
The Mall Admin Specialist serves as the critical link between property management and technical operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the mall while ensuring all civil structures and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems function at peak efficiency. Leveraging a strong technical background, the specialist monitors facility maintenance, coordinates structural and utilities upkeep, manages contractors, ensures safety compliance, and handles technical documentation to support seamless, uninterrupted mall operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage technical documentation, including building permits, equipment logs, structural blueprints, operating manuals, and compliance certificates. Assist in preparing operational budgets, tracking maintenance expenses, and evaluating cost-effective engineering and civil works solutions. Coordinate with the leasing and fit-out teams to review and approve structural, architectural, and technical plans for new tenant move-ins or renovations. Enforce mall policies, workplace safety standards, and environmental regulations across all engineering, civil, and administrative operations.
What We're Looking For
You might be a fit if…
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Technology/Engineering Experience in property management, facilities operations, building maintenance, or construction management, ideally within a retail, mall, or large commercial complex is an advantage Strong foundational knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, high-voltage electrical distribution, fire protection) and civil/structural maintenance (waterproofing, concrete structures, masonry) Clear and concise professional communication, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple overlapping maintenance and administrative tasks under pressure S
