What You'll Do
What the role involves
Job Summary • Responsible for overseeing the Area day-to-day leasing activities, managing a team of leasing specialists and ensuring efficient and successful leasing operations management Ensures achievement of leasing performance goals and targets, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the leasing department Duties & Responsibilities o Build alignment among team members to ensure their understanding of the strategic priorities of the Leasing Department as well as successfully inspire them to commit towards its achievement o Monitor the Area market, including changes in rental prices, and provide competitive review /analysis as well as recommendations to Immediate Head. o Consistently implement Leasing policies, processes and other related operating standards. o Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements with prospective tenants. o Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address tenant concerns. o Ensure that the properties within the Area portfolio are in excellent condition prior to conducting property viewing with prospective tenants. o Develop and implement initiatives that will achieve revenue growth and drive profitability for the Area portfolio. o Monitor the Area OPEX budget utilization, ensuring effective cost management and controls are in place. o Manage the day to day supervision and coordination of activities among team members. o Implement the on boarding of new team members’ o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity. o Coordinate marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants and maintain a high occupancy rate. o Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective leasing campaigns and promotional materials
What We're Looking For
You might be a fit if…
1. College degree preferably; A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is desirable. 2. At least 5 years of relevant professional leasing / property management experience; with at least 1 to 3 years demonstrated work experience as a supervisor, managing / supervising teams
